At Mathur Law Offices, P.C., you’ll join a medium-sized, full-service immigration firm led by Board-Certified Immigration Attorney Sanjay S. Mathur
, certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. Our firm has built a long-standing reputation for excellence and integrity in immigration advocacy—and we’re looking for a skilled Associate Attorney to help us continue that tradition.
This is a full-time position for a motivated attorney who can independently manage a diverse docket while benefiting from direct mentorship from a seasoned immigration law leader. You’ll handle a broad range of immigration matters—including family-based, employment-based, investor, and naturalization cases
—as well as work on immigration compliance and removal proceedings

- Represent clients in immigration court and before federal agencies
- Prepare, file, and prosecute immigration petitions and applications (family, employment, and investment-based)
- Advise clients on legal rights, compliance, and potential outcomes
- Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, and draft persuasive legal documents
- Develop and execute legal strategies in hearings, interviews, and appeals
- Maintain accurate case documentation and exhibit preparation for hearings and trials
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 3–10 years of experience in employment-based immigration law
- Comprehensive knowledge of immigration law, including family, employment, investor, and naturalization matters
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong legal research abilities
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Passion for helping clients navigate complex legal systems with integrity and care
