Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney – Personal Injury / Civil Litigation
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid/Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Reports To: Managing Partner / Senior Partner
We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join our litigation team in Dallas, Texas
. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing personal injury and civil litigation matters from intake through trial or resolution. This is a client-facing role that requires strong legal acumen, litigation strategy, and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
Manage a docket of personal injury and civil litigation cases at various stages, including pre-litigation, discovery, mediation, and trial
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
Take and defend depositions, including parties, witnesses, and experts
Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials in state and federal courts throughout Texas
Develop case strategies and manage case budgets and timelines
Supervise junior associates, paralegals, and support staff as needed
Maintain active communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress
Work closely with partners to prepare for complex litigation and high-stakes negotiations
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar
- Texas Resident
5+ years of experience in personal injury and/or civil litigation
Proven track record of handling cases independently, including trial or arbitration experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
Exceptional organizational, case management, and client service abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with case management software (e.g., Clio, Needles, Trial Works) preferred
Skills:
First-chair or second-chair trial experience
Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and general civil defense or plaintiff litigation
