A global law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Dallas office. The team handles a broad range of commercial disputes, offering exposure to complex matters, courtroom experience, and the opportunity to work alongside highly regarded trial lawyers. This role is well‑suited to candidates seeking hands‑on responsibility and a strong platform for professional growth.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and substantive legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and manage discovery, including requests, responses, and e‑discovery processes.
• Argue hearings and support trial preparation, working closely with partners and senior associates.
• Take and defend depositions, with increasing autonomy as experience grows.
• Coordinate with local counsel and manage day‑to‑day litigation tasks.

• 1–9 years of general litigation experience, ideally with commercial exposure.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and organisational skills.
• Courtroom or deposition experience preferred but not essential for junior candidates.
• Senior candidates should have experience managing commercial matters from start to finish.
• Self‑starter with sound judgement and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Member of the Texas Bar (required).

Salary Range: $225,000 – $435,000
