This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, forward‑thinking group of professionals at a firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. Our Dallas office is expanding, and we’re looking for an attorney ready to build a long‑term career in employment litigation with a nationally recognized team.

• Independently manage all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, and handle oral arguments in state and federal courts
• Lead cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development, risk assessment, and client communication throughout

• JD from an ABA approved Law School
• Admittance in Texas
• A minimum of 3+ years of employment or general liability litigation experience
• Outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills
