- Handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
- Conducting depositions of parties and expert witnesses.
- Engaging in construction litigation and providing legal advice on construction‑related matters, among other types of matters.
- Developing and implementing litigation strategy in coordination with partners and clients.
- Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal risks and opportunities.
- Negotiating settlements on behalf of our clients.
- Staying current on developments in the law and informing colleagues and clients of significant changes that might impact their cases.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or business litigation.
- Proven track record of successfully conducting depositions.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and client management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- The ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure.
- A commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
