- Engage in business development and client interactions.
- 4-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm.
- Experience in drafting and managing loan documents.
- Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently.
- Admitted in, or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois, New York, or Texas.
- J.D. degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials.
- Admitted to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
