Corporate Paralegal

Reporting directly to senior counsel, this individual will manage the full lifecycle of vendor and third-party contracts
, assist with corporate governance and board documentation
, and help streamline legal and compliance processes.

• Draft, review, and track vendor and service agreements
• Manage contract
• Support contract negotiation and compliance processes
• Support deployment and implementation of the firm’s upcoming Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
  ; help streamline contract and vendor processes.
• Assist with entity filings, corporate records, and board minutes
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure contract accuracy and timeliness

• 5+ years’ of recent experience as a corporate paralegal and/or contract manager
• Recent experience at a financial institutions and/or bank required
• Strong knowledge of contract law and risk management principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
