Overview
This position supports a high-performing team on high-stakes cases for major global clients, providing full case lifecycle support—from discovery and document production to trial attendance.
Responsibilities- End-to-end trial prep and execution, including war room logistics
- Manage eDiscovery processes using Relativity and vendor platforms
- Assist with document production, preparation and review, data transfer, and legal research
- Coordinate closely with attorneys and vendors
- 5+ years’ experience, AM Law background strongly preferred
- Strong tech skills:
Relativity, iManage, Excel, Adobe, Trial Director - Proven ability to handle large, fast-paced litigation
- Exceptional attention to detail and trial-readiness mindset
- Experience with hot seat and trial presentation
