We are looking for an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to play an integral role in case development and trial preparation. This is not a typical support position—you’ll work as a true extension of the legal team, taking on substantive responsibilities that influence case strategy and execution.

• Minimum 7–10 years experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury (catastrophic PI preferred)
• Strong understanding of litigation from case intake through trial
• Ability to manage case deadlines and support trial teams in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
• Must be currently based in Dallas
