Braumiller Law Group is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with zero to two years of experience specializing in Customs, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), Tariffs, Export Control, ITAR, and OFAC. Based onsite in Dallas, TX, this role involves providing legal advice, conducting in-depth research into customs and international trade regulations, preparing articles and trade alerts, assisting with legal documentation and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will support clients in navigating global trade practices with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and practicality.

• Strong skills in Research, essential for analyzing complex international trade and compliance matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to advocate effectively and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Prefer a candidate that is admitted to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Experience or specialization in international trade or customs law is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
