Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP – a nationally recognized, AV-rated civil litigation firm – is seeking a talented attorney to join our Dallas office in its Liability Defense practice group. This dynamic team handles the defense of liability claims at all stages, including pre-suit analysis and litigation.

• Two to seven years of experience in defense of premises liability claims or similar types of negligence, and who is eager to grow in a collaborative and fast‑paced legal environment.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.
• A detail‑oriented mindset.
• A collaborative, team‑first attitude.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and respond to urgent matters effectively.
• Experience defending liability claims in litigation, including discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, mediations, etc.
• Writing sample required.
