Overview
Do you want to work side by side with a legal team led by a plaintiff’s trial lawyer with a history of 7-figure and 8-figure jury verdicts?
Do you have a proven history of being a detail-oriented litigation attorney with a track record of document review in complex litigation? Do you have a proven history of taking depositions of fact and expert witnesses in complex litigation matters?
Our legal team needs an additional experienced detail-oriented litigation attorney to help work up and try multi-million dollar cases. You will work hand in hand with an experienced trial lawyer and trial team that has had success all over the United States trying difficult high stakes cases.
Responsibilities- Assist in working up and trying multi-million dollar cases, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters, from case review through complex jury trials.
- Collaborate with an experienced trial lawyer and trial team with a track record of success across the United States.
- Conduct document reviews for complex litigation and support trial preparation.
- Take depositions of fact and expert witnesses in complex litigation matters.
- Proven history of being a detail-oriented litigation attorney with a track record of document review in complex litigation.
- Experience taking depositions of fact and expert witnesses in complex litigation matters.
- Willingness to commit significant time and effort beyond a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.
The interview process will be thorough. We will need writing samples, deposition transcripts to confirm experience from a variety of witness types and a comprehensive interview process.
