• Represent clients in business-related litigation, including contract disputes, employment matters, and regulatory compliance cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs for court filings.
• Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and trial preparations.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Work closely with experts, investigators, and other legal professionals to strengthen cases.

Compensation structure includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and potential profit‑sharing based on firm performance. Range: $165K+ DOE. 1700 billable hours min.
