Immigration Attorney – EOIR

Location: Dallas

Type: Flexible, appointment-based, contract engagement (Hybrid position requiring in-person court appearances)

We are building a network of qualified contract attorneys who can appear at immigration court or USCIS interviews on behalf of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Associate Attorney to gain valuable experience and further their career with an established firm in the Dallas Area.

• Appear in immigration courts (e.g., master calendar hearings, bond hearings, removal/EOIR proceedings) or accompany clients to USCIS interviews.
• Represent clients in non-detention or detained matters (as needed) and/or participate in immigration-related hearings.
• Maintain full control of your schedule: you pick your appearances, when and where (within the city/region).
• Prepare and review case documents, coordinate with the central team, and update status post-appearance.
• Ensure timely reporting of hearing outcomes back to the central team.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the State (e.g., California, Texas).
• Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews.
• Able to manage your own schedule and communicate effectively with remote team/staff.
• Reliable travel within the metro area/courthouse visits.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
• Preferred: 1+ year of immigration‑law experience (court/agency).
• Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus).
• Familiarity with EOIR proceedings, USCIS interviews and immigration law updates.

Pay Range: $80k-120k USD DOE
