Position: Life Sciences Transactions Associate #20067

REQUIREMENTS
Seeking an associate attorney with experience representing life sciences companies. Specific experience should include drafting and negotiating pharma and biotech collaborations and licensing deals, as well as other operational agreements for life sciences companies. The ideal candidate will also have strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, communication and writing skills, and an ability and willingness to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.

Prior client-facing experience and the ability to interface with and manage client relationships with partners is preferred. Must be admitted and a member in good standing of that state's Bar in which office you are applying to.
