Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Associate at the Dallas, TX, office of Fee, Smith & Sharp LLP. The Associate will play a crucial role in supporting litigation efforts, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, preparing case strategies, attending hearings, and advocating for clients in court. The role also involves providing legal advice, consulting on regulatory matters, and working collaboratively with other attorneys to ensure the delivery of highly effective legal solutions.

The position includes interaction with a wide range of clients, from high‑profile individuals to key players in various industries.

• Strong legal research, case analysis, and drafting skills
• Experience in litigation, including advocacy in courtroom settings and familiarity with procedural rules
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and risk assessment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
• Prior experience in transportation, construction, hospitality industries, or catastrophic injury cases is a plus
