Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Of Counsel Attorney for our Finance & Restructuring group with six or more years of experience to join the Dallas office. This attorney will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of workout, bankruptcy and related insolvency matters and/or corporate finance transactions, including senior debt, asset based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitrache and mezzanine transactions.

Qualified candidates will have:

• A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• At least six years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm
• Texas bar admission
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Top academic credentials.
