We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our established team in Dallas, Austin, or Houston, Texas. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, commercial liability, and professional malpractice.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Provide strategic legal analysis and communicate case strategy clearly with clients.
• Attend court proceedings, argue motions, and handle hearings and trials as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategy and ensure client needs are met with exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar.
• Minimum of 3-10+ years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
