Required Qualifications:

8+ years of insurance defense experience
Experience in areas of commercial transportation and premises liability
Texas licensed
Billing experience
Strong knowledge of law, court procedures, and legal principles
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in legal work
Previous experience in litigation
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Texas bar and in good standing in the state where practicing

Job Description

Working as a Litigation Attorney
Drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
Conducting legal research and analyzing legal issues
Representing clients in court trials and proceedings
Conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses
Working independently and remotely
