A high-performing, trial-driven personal injury law firm is seeking a Managing Attorney to serve as the head of its Texas office. This leader will own legal outcomes, team performance, and operational execution—setting the standard for how cases are litigated, how people are led, and how work gets done.

Your ImpactAs Managing Attorney, you will:
- Serve as the senior legal and operational leader of the office
- Own final decisions on case strategy, valuation, settlement posture, and trial readiness
- Lead the firm’s most complex, high-risk, and high-value personal injury cases
- Establish clear expectations, workflows, and performance standards
- Drive accountability across attorneys and staff—coaching when possible, acting decisively when needed
- Build and reinforce repeatable processes that improve consistency and results
- Mentor attorneys while raising the bar for preparation, professionalism, and execution
- Partner with firm leadership to implement firm-wide initiatives locally
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Prior experience leading attorneys (Managing, Supervising, or equivalent role)
- Proven ability to handle high-exposure cases and prepare matters for trial
- Strong judgment and confidence in making hard calls—and standing behind them
- Track record of bringing order, structure, and clarity to busy legal environments
- Leadership presence that earns trust, respect, and follow-through
- You are the decision-maker for the office—not just a senior attorney
