Commercial Real Estate/Transactional Attorney - Dallas Boutique Law Firm

An established boutique commercial law firm with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 5-7+ Years' experience to join their team full-time.

The salary for this role will be top market-competitive, commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.

Experience in leasing industrial space is a big plus.

This is a collaborative group, working with highly sophisticated clients in the transactional commercial real estate space.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in transactional commercial real estate law required
• Industrial space leasing experince a plus
• Applicants must have TX Bar Admission, and be able to take an in-office position in Dallas (remote hybrid available)
• Experience with sophisticated real estate development work/transactions a plus
• Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
• Professional, organized and collegial
