Litigation Associate

We are looking to add a Litigation Associate to our client's Dallas office. The Litigation practice group handles high‑stakes litigation for sophisticated clients around the globe, maintaining a keen focus on their end goals, whether advising on regulatory and compliance issues or engaging in litigation where a business resolution cannot be achieved.

1‑5 years of litigation experience.

• Class Action
• Commercial Litigation
• Financial Restructuring

Experience in all areas of commercial litigation including:

• Drafting and responding to complaints
• Discovery
• Motion practice
• Trials and appeals
• Strong research and writing skills

• 900+ Lawyers and Advisors
