We are partnering with a respected boutique litigation firm in North Dallas to hire a Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience in real estate and/or business litigation. The firm emphasizes direct attorney–client relationships and hands‑on case ownership in a lean, high‑trust environment.

The firm combines strategic litigation capabilities with a deep understanding of business operations, focusing on tailored legal solutions that align with client goals.

• Landlord–tenant issues
• Litigation arising from the acquisition or disposition of commercial real estate
• Business law matters, including contracts, trademark & copyright, partnerships, antitrust, oil & gas, securities, professional liability, trade secrets & non‑competition agreements, defamation
• Run and manage cases independently with support when needed

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• 4+ years of real estate and/or business litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Ability to independently manage cases and communicate effectively with clients
• Must work 100% on‑site in Dallas

• Base salary
  : $180K+ (depending on experience)
• Semiannual bonuses
  , tied to hours
• Annual requirement
  : 1,800 hours
