Description: BECKHAM PORTELA is a boutique commercial litigation law firm in Uptown, Dallas. We are looking for a litigation attorney who is smart, talented, accomplished, enthusiastic, and committed to the practice of law.

Opportunity: We are searching for someone who can assume critical roles in all facets of litigation. This position offers the opportunity to engage in complex cases with sophisticated clients.

Responsibilities: Primary client contact;
Prepare cases for depositions, mediation, trial, arbitration and other court proceedings;
Conduct comprehensive legal research, prepare pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, and attend hearings.

Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with expertise and proficiency.

Qualifications:

• Texas Bar License.
• 3 years minimum of commercial litigation or other relevant experience.
• Exceptional analytical and writing skills.
• Outstanding oral advocacy abilities.
• Strong work ethic and the capability to handle multiple deadlines.
