Mid to Senior Level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate - Engineering - Dallas

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid to senior level associate for its Intellectual Property practice in Dallas. This position primarily involves IP litigation. The salary range for this role is between $310k to $435k.

• 3+ years of experience with complex IP disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright, false advertising, unfair competition, and trade secret matters, as well as related licensing and commercial disputes.
• This role will also involve some support of the patent prosecution and IP transactions practice.
• Background in engineering is required.
• Texas bar admission or ability to become admitted in the state.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills; team focused.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
