We are a boutique family law practice located in Dallas, Texas, focused exclusively on representing clients in divorce, custody, child and spousal support, property division, adoptions, and related matters. • Conduct client intake interviews and manage assigned caseload
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials
• Negotiate settlements, parenting plans, and property divisions
• Provide strategic legal advice and maintain regular client communication
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Stay current on Texas family law developments and local court rules

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas Bar
• 2–5+ years of experience in family law preferred
• Experience in contested hearings, negotiations, and trial work
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
• High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and client-service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
