A Top law firm with more approximately 35 offices across two continents is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate (2–5 years) to join its nationally recognized Intellectual Property group.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes patent disputes, including federal court litigation, PTAB proceedings, and Hatch‑Waxman matters, alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative and merit-driven environment. The firm is known for its practical, results-oriented approach to client advocacy and provides a strong platform for attorneys looking to develop their careers in patent litigation.

• Active involvement in patent litigation matters across multiple forums
• Exposure to sophisticated disputes involving a range of technologies
• Direct collaboration with senior litigators and technical professionals
• Meaningful responsibility appropriate to experience level

• 2–5 years of experience as a practicing associate
• Prior experience specifically in Patent Litigation
• Engineering or technical background (degree in engineering or related technical field)
• Experience handling complex IP disputes

• Texas residency (remote or relocation options may be available)
• Trial experience, including witness involvement
• Performance-based bonus program
