* The successful candidate will be able to meet the following responsibilities and duties*:

* Trial of personal injury cases sitting first chair;

* Mediations;

* Draft and file petitions;

* Prepare discovery;

* Deposition preparation with plaintiffs, depositions of defendants, depositions of experts;

* Ability to brief and prepare Managing Partner for mediations;

* Review of expert affidavits, hearings, and trial transcripts;

* Handle contested motions and write Stowers demands;

* Negotiate settlements for litigation;

* Research and synthesize relevant case law and statutes;

* Provide excellent customer service.

* Required Qualifications*:

* Licensed Member, in good standing, with the State Bar of Texas.

* Team-oriented.

* Self-motivated individual who’s reliable and works hard & efficiently.

* Preferred Experience*:

* Civil Litigation Experience

* Two years of trial experience at a personal injury law firm.

* Experience serving diverse clientele, ie bilingual. xrlwcon

· UBE Bar passage.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $ per year
