Responsibilities include placing POs, vendor data upkeep, and collaboration with accounts payable, logistics, and sales to minimize spoilage and stockouts while negotiating volume discounts and maintaining supplier relationships. Strong Excel and ERP experience (JDE) are required, with a proactive, metrics-driven approach
