We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, supplier relationships, and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, maintain inventory availability, and ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate with purchasing teams, suppliers, warehouse operations, transportation providers, finance teams, and business leadership. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential for managing complex supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement supply chain strategies.
- Manage procurement and supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation operations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs.
- Improve supply chain processes.
- Monitor delivery schedules and performance.
- Manage supply chain risks.
- Prepare operational reports and forecasts.
- Lead supply chain and logistics teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- APICS/ASCM certification is a plus.
- Master's degree preferred for senior-level positions.
