Landmark Theatres is a national cinema chain that offers a diverse entertainment experience through movies, music, sports, gaming, live events, and streaming. We provide state‑of‑the‑art presentations in neighborhood and contemporary venues with the latest amenities.

Under the general supervision of the Theatre Manager, the Assistant Manager will oversee daily theater operations, including staff management, cash handling, inventory, and safety compliance. The role requires at least one year of managerial and customer‑service experience.

• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including cash management and inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by ensuring facility upkeep and addressing R&M issues.
• Operate and maintain projection, sound, and other theater equipment.
• Recruit, train, and retain top performers to build a culture of success.
• Execute human resources practices, preventing employee‑relation issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Create a positive movie‑going experience through guest engagement and interactions.

• 1+ year of experience in a leadership position.
• 1+ year of customer‑service experience (retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Coaching, training, and motivating employees.
• Availability during peak business hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
