- Role: Consumer + Commercial Effectiveness – Engagement Manager
Engagement Managers drive client engagements, manage complex programs, and provide commercial expertise. They build business, deliver intellectual capital, and support Partners across all engagements.
Core Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day leadership of client projects and commercial processes.
- Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on‑time delivery and goal attainment.
- Guide and influence clients as trusted advisors across all situations.
- Engage fully in business development by identifying new opportunities.
- Create thought leadership and stay knowledgeable on adjacent topics.
- Develop others, build influence, and embody firm values.
- Oversee consulting team, guiding hypotheses, client interviews, insights, and deliverables.
- Support Partners with project execution, planning, workflow management, and coaching.
- 4‑7 years in strategy consulting (top‑tier firm preferred) with consumer or commercial effectiveness focus.
- Track record of leading teams and delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong strategic problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Client management experience and passion for creative thinking.
- Analytical and rigorous approach to insights.
- Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to travel 50% of the time internationally.
- High motivation, commitment to excellence, and ability to make timely judgements.
