Relate Search has partnered with a global restaurant organization in their search for a Senior Operations Manager to lead operational excellence and growth across multiple international markets. This strategic, hands‑on role focuses on building processes, developing people, and strengthening operational capabilities across LATAM, Caribbean, and Canada. The right leader will guide regional strategy, support new market launches, and drive consistent operational performance.
Responsibilities- Lead operational execution across multiple international markets to ensure consistency, quality, and strong brand standards.
- Partner with franchise leaders to enhance operational readiness, profitability, and scalable growth.
- Oversee new market launches, including planning, training, and post‑launch support.
- Translate global strategy into actionable regional plans that deliver measurable results.
- Optimize and codify processes, tools, and operating standards to support long‑term international expansion.
- Strong multi‑unit or field operations leadership experience in a high‑growth environment.
- Proven ability to build scalable systems, tools, and processes.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience influencing P&L outcomes.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with experience living or traveling extensively throughout Latin America.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching capability, and comfort with digital tools and operational technology.
- High‑impact role shaping operations across multiple international markets.
- Career path opportunity toward a Director‑level role within 18–24 months.
- Travel across the Americas to support market launches and partner onboarding.
