As part of the Operations Consulting team you will direct efforts in insurance operations management, including ope rationalising business strategies and transforming supply‑chain functions across product development, manufacturing, distribution, and post‑sale support. In this director role you will set strategic direction, lead business development, oversee multiple projects, and maintain executive‑level client relationships.

- Oversee multiple projects and make impactful decisions

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 15 years of combined experience in consulting and the insurance industry
- Preferred fields of study:
Actuarial Science, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, Finance & Technology, Management Information Systems, Operations Management/Research - Directing efforts in insurance operations management
- Facilitating people, process, and technology changes for insurance clients
- Creating trusted and collaborative relationships with team members
- Delivering significant business results through strategic and creative thinking
- Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking
- Communicating effectively in written and oral formats
- Managing resource requirements, project workflow, and budgets
- Developing insurance thought leadership and operational consulting approaches
Salary range: $155,000 – $410,000. Compensation is dependent on skills, experience, qualifications and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
