Firm Administrator – Dallas, TX
Our client, a growing property tax litigation firm, is seeking an experienced Firm Administrator to manage law firm operations, HR, financial management, and facilities, supporting shareholders and attorneys.
Company Profile: Growing property tax litigation firm representing clients in a wide variety of complex matters. The firm is known for its expertise, high‑volume litigation work, and strong client focus. The environment is professional yet welcoming.
Responsibilities- Lead daily operations and ensure smooth administrative functions across the firm
- Oversee financial processes, budgeting, billing accuracy, trust/IOLTA compliance, and financial reporting
- Supervise non‑attorney staff while promoting a professional, positive workplace culture
- Manage HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain vendor relationships, contracts, office services, and facilities
- Support shareholders with strategic planning, process improvements, workflow optimization, and firm growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, internal policies, and industry regulations
- Act as the primary liaison between attorneys, staff, clients, and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of administrative or operational management experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience with Clio
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, financial operations, and office administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
