Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Responsibilities

The Project Manager oversees multiple commercial roofing projects from planning through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to quality standards. This role coordinates crews, subcontractors, materials and equipment; reviews drawings and contract requirements; manages schedules, costs and change orders; and communicates regularly with clients, field leadership and internal teams. The Project Manager leads project meetings, resolves issues proactively, supports field execution and tracks project financials while maintaining compliance with safety and workmanship standards.

Candidates should have at least five years of project management experience in commercial roofing or commercial construction and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
