Path Construction seeks a qualified Senior Project Manager to join our organization in the Dallas, TX area. We are a rapidly growing general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL;
Dallas, TX;
Scottsdale, AZ;
Knoxville, TN;
Charlotte, NC; and Tampa, FL, with projects throughout the country.
The right candidate will have 7 years of project management experience in multi-family residential, retail, and other commercial construction. Path Construction values individuals with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Duties for Senior Project Managers include:Founded in 2008, Path Construction provides a wide range of construction services across the country. Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
- 7+ years of construction experience
- Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experience
- Occasional travel (1-3 days per month)
- Estimating experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
