Path Construction seeks a qualified Senior Project Manager to join our organization in the Dallas, TX area. We are a rapidly growing general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL;
Dallas, TX;
Scottsdale, AZ;
Knoxville, TN;
Charlotte, NC; and Tampa, FL, with projects throughout the country.

The right candidate will have 7 years of project management experience in multi-family residential, retail, and other commercial construction. Path Construction values individuals with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Duties for Senior Project Managers include:
  • Leading and managing project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Managing project budgets and cost control with full P+L responsibility.
  • Overseeing daily activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Contract administration, procurement, and estimating.
  • Processing pay requests, change orders, and requests for information.
  • Implementing safety controls and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Tracking submittals and scheduling.

    Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
    • 7+ years of construction experience
    • Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experience
    • Occasional travel (1-3 days per month)
    • Estimating experience is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
