We’re excited about the innovative ways we can change the world. As part of our team, you will provide HSE support and leadership to an EPCM project at a client facility in Spartanburg, SC
.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing HSE support and leadership to the project team
• Serving as a business partner with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, Project Manager, and Construction Manager
• Leading HSE excellence and delivering a project that ensures no worker injuries or negative impacts to the client’s business continuity
• Supporting Beyond Zero performance and providing overall leadership, management, and direction to the team and client
• Taking personal ownership and responsibility for protecting people from harm and driving strategies and performance

Requirements:

• HSE certification and/or associate degree in safety, industrial hygiene, engineering, or a related field
• 6-7 years of demonstrated professional experience in a similar role managing Construction Health and Safety
• 4 years of demonstrated construction experience managing subcontractors in Health and Safety
• Experience with managing and conducting safety training
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills
• Working knowledge of applicable regulatory compliance and federal, state, and local agencies requirements
