Fleet Supervisor (Rental Car)
Equipment Share in Dallas, TX is looking for a Fleet Supervisor to manage our rental fleet. The role focuses on ensuring vehicles are well‑maintained, available for rental, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in fleet management, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with rental agents to ensure timely and accurate rental transactions.
- Oversee daily operations of the rental fleet, including vehicle deployment, maintenance, and servicing.
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards.
- Schedule and supervise routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks and coordinate receipt of new cars.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle status, mileage, and maintenance history.
- Manage impound and recovery processes efficiently.
- Deliver a positive customer experience with reliable rental units.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Implement quality control measures for the fleet.
- Provide training and support to the fleet operator team.
- Analyze data for operational improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs.
