The Traffic Manager for the Institutional Advancement Core ("IA Core") will coordinate and manage creative design projects, handling the day‑to‑day management of all client work and new business initiatives. The Traffic Manager serves as a key liaison between marketing managers, designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that deadlines are met, priorities are aligned, and processes are followed to deliver high‑quality creative assets on time.
A successful candidate will excel at managing workflows, communicating with cross‑functional teams, and maintaining project organization to ensure seamless delivery of creative services.

Bachelor's Degree
- Experience
Knowledge of both print and digital production processes preferred. - Experience with in a project‑based creative or interactive agency.
- Coordinate all department creative design projects through the process, from initial intake, editorial review, to design and through production.
- Follow and own latest status of each marketing and communications manager's creative design projects to manage daily and weekly traffic.
- Support Director, Creative Services, in management of creative projects, including communicating project assignments, priorities, and due dates to the designers to ensure alignment of work efforts and priorities. Monitor day‑to‑day activities of the creative team and ensure work is progressing as planned.
- Enforce adherence to creative workflow processes and deadlines to ensure standardized approach and delivery.
- Produce and distribute accurate and meaningful traffic reports to marketing and communication managers, including running weekly production meetings.
- Assist in monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively recommend solutions.
- Implement archiving systems for all jobs, artwork, and photography.
- Plan, develop, and implement practices for improving client relations and customer service according to agreed upon communication and efficiency standards.
- On select projects, serve as the project manager, providing documentation, identifying milestones, assigning tasks, and serving as the key contact for all client‑related issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
