Blayze Recruitment are partnered with a leading Industrial and Mission Critical General Contractor is seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to oversee large-scale Data Center project. This role serves as a key company representative, managing relationships with clients and project teams, and making high-level decisions on behalf of the General Contractor regarding cost, schedule, and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, engineers, and internal construction teams throughout all project phases—from preconstruction to closeout.
  • Manage and oversee Mission Critical MEP scopes to ensure quality execution and alignment with project requirements.
  • Lead one or more projects simultaneously, depending on scope and complexity.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, contract documentation, change orders, and cost management processes.
  • Conduct and facilitate meetings with project stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments—including Accounting, HR, Safety, and Quality Assurance—to support successful project delivery.
  • Foster and maintain strong client and community relationships that align with the company’s reputation for excellence.
  • Promote and uphold a proactive safety culture across all job sites.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of construction management experience within Mission Critical, Data Center, Industrial, or Commercial Construction environments.
  • Proven experience managing projects in Data Center settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • OSHA-30 certification a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage documentation and multiple project priorities effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
  • $130,000 - $170,000 base salary
