Experienced Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We're partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor that's been building across the region for over 20 years. This company is known for its quality, integrity, and award-winning safety culture, completing projects across industrial, retail, and healthcare sectors ranging from $5M-$15M.

They offer a collaborative team environment, strong support from leadership, and above-market compensation with project-based incentives.

What You'll Do

• Manage ground-up industrial, retail, or healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and field staff.
• Drive quality, safety, and efficiency throughout every phase of the project.
• Handle financial reporting, change orders, and forecasting.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Proven success with industrial, retail, or healthcare builds in the $5M-$15M range.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
• Must be local to the area (or relocating to the area).
