Responsibilities of the Distribution Center Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

* Supervise daily operations of the distribution center to ensure accurate inventories, high fulfillment rates, and excellent customer service

* Oversee all pick and pack functions, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory accounting

* Supervise receiving operations, including verification of shipments, vendor and freight issue resolution, and proper stocking of inventory

* Lead and mentor service team leads and all warehouse associates across picking, packing, shipping, and receiving functions

* Maintain backlog of orders and receipts within customer requirements and company standards

* Train personnel on procedures, policies, and safe work practices

* Record and track warehouse transactions in company systems (Neterprise)

* Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and proper equipment maintenance

* Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with employment laws

* Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when required

* Represent and promote the company in a professional manner at all times

* Assist management with work solutions, employee relations, and operational issues as needed

Qualifications of the Distribution Center Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

* College degree or equivalent military training required

* Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in warehousing and distribution in a fast-paced pick and pack environment

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred

* Strong organizational, multitasking, and personnel management skills
