- Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and development teams to finalize project scopes and deliverables.
- Manage budgets, monitor cash flow, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and manage project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Coordinate and supervise MEP and general trades subcontractors throughout all phases of construction.
- Implement risk management strategies and ensure all safety and compliance standards are met.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor project progress and address issues proactively.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior project team members and support staff.

- Minimum 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in energy performance contracting or MEP-intensive construction projects.
- Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as general construction practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of contract types, project delivery methods, and construction law.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- LEED, CEM, or other industry certifications are desirable.
- Working knowledge of energy conservation measures (ECMs), building automation systems (BAS), and utility rebate/incentive programs.
- Experience with public sector or institutional clients (K-12, higher ed, municipal, healthcare).
- Familiarity with ASHRAE Level I-III audits and Measurement & Verification (M&V) protocols.
- Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, 401(k), PTO, etc.)
