Seeking a proven leader to oversee nationwide fire sprinkler service and inspection operations. This role drives strategic growth, team development, and operational excellence across multiple service lines including alarms, extinguishers, and suppression systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service and inspection teams company-wide
• Drive revenue, margin, and productivity improvements
• Oversee budgeting, audits, and process optimization
• Expand national account relationships and service offerings
• Champion safety, training, and technology adoption
• Ensure customer satisfaction and team retention

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multi-team operations
• Fire protection industry experience (design, field, or sales) preferred
• Fire sprinkler/ fire alarm field design/ sales experience
• Strong financial, strategic, and leadership acumen
• High school diploma required; higher education or equivalent experience preferred

Skills

• Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and service/construction software
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative
