Job Responsibilities:
Running the day-to-dayAccountable for the profit and loss of the company and the development and execution of the business planLeads, manages, and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitmentsRemoves obstacles so that people can effectively execute their responsibilitiesEnsures organizational clarity by maintaining open communication across the organizationMakes decisions and assists in issue resolution; serves as the tie-breaker within the leadership teamMaintains organizational priorities guided by the Visionary and ensures that everyone is aligned on those priorities and working in a manner consistent with our core valuesHarmoniously integrates the functions of the business, blending friction into greater energy for the company as a wholeFilter the ideas of the Visionary to eliminate barriers, hurdles, and stumbling blocks for the leadership teamEssential
