Location:

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living, North Dallas, Texas.

We are looking for a Philanthropy Manager to lead and develop strategic fund initiatives for our community. The role oversees major and planned giving, annual campaigns, corporate and foundation support, donor stewardship, and public relations related to development.

• Work with the Executive Director to prepare a detailed fundraising plan with attainable goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to cultivate, solicit and provide stewardship for the community.
• Strategically grow the prospective donor base through networking in the community.
• Plan and coordinate fund drives to support strategic goals.
• Conduct outreach to the community to build relationships with local businesses, civic and social groups.
• Create public relations materials and collateral to enhance the reputation and vision of the community.

Commensurate with experience, starting around $70,000 annually.

• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of all areas of fundraising, including annual and planned giving.
• Strong background in senior services or health care preferred.
