Facilities Manager

Our client is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager
, you will be part of the Facilities Operations Team supporting healthcare facility operations, engineering, maintenance, regulatory compliance, life safety programs, and plant operations management
. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing budgets and personnel, healthcare regulatory compliance experience, and a commitment to operational excellence

Pay Range: $50 to $53/hr

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Onsite)

• Lead and supervise plant operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations.
• Manage facility budgets, financial performance, KPIs, SLAs, personnel development, and operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code requirements, safety standards, and facility maintenance programs.
• Oversee vendor performance, CMMS activities, maintenance services, critical facility projects, and work order management processes.
• Support staff training, regulatory compliance initiatives, infection control protocols, safety programs, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Minimum 5+ years of facilities management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance leadership experience.
• Previous managerial experience with budget ownership, personnel management, and team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with healthcare facilities, hospital operations, regulatory compliance, life safety requirements, and vendor management.
• Proficiency with CMMS/work order systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and leadership skills.
