This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, guest satisfaction, brand compliance, owner relations, and leadership development across the portfolio.
The RVP partners with Regional Managers, General Managers, corporate teams, and ownership groups to establish accountability, execute company initiatives, and improve hotel performance. This is a highly visible, field-based leadership role requiring extensive travel, hands-on operational support, and the ability to lead multiple properties across a broad geographic area.
