Operations Manager

Salary: $80,000 annually | Full Time | Onsite

We are looking for a strong, hands on leader who thrives in a fast paced operational environment, knows how to develop and motivate teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

While aviation experience is preferred, it is not required. We welcome candidates from a variety of operational backgrounds who bring proven leadership experience, strong problem solving abilities, and a willingness to learn the aviation industry.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8 to 12 employees, including supervisory leadership.
• Build a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, recruiting, and employee performance to support operational needs.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, airport stakeholders, and internal leadership.
• Address operational challenges, resolve conflicts, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
• Respond effectively to operational disruptions and changing business priorities.
• Partner with senior leadership to achieve operational goals and maintain service excellence.

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership or operational management experience.
• Currently serving in a leadership or management capacity.
• Proven experience managing, developing, and holding teams accountable.
• Strong conflict resolution, communication, and decision making skills.
• A hands on leadership approach with the ability to lead by example.
• Demonstrated career progression and a history of professional growth.
• Ability to remain persistent, adaptable, and solution oriented in challenging situations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
• Willingness to learn new processes, understand the operation, and continuously improve.
• Aviation, transportation, logistics, hospitality, or other operational management experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.
• Flexibility to support operational needs outside standard business hours when necessary.
